Loyal Transfers team have been organising airport transfers to ski resorts around France since 2012. Our aim has always been to make independent travel to ski resorts cheaper and easier for everyone. Since our start we’ve helped thousands of people get to their destinations.

Our Fleet

Loyal Transers uses Economy and VIP clases  long-wheel minibuses. Our vehicles  – 7/8 passenger seat Renault and Mercedes Benz minibuses fully equipped with air conditioning, show tyres and chains.
For groups more than 8 people we use our 7/8-seater vehicles. For example, you are a group of 10 people – all 10 of you will leave in two private minibuses as soon as you arrive, and be picked up for your return trip at exactly the same time. You can spread the group over both minibuses, however you would like.

Safety is the priority. Face masks, gloves and sanitiser are all provided. Surfaces are disinfected before every transfer.

We did a transfer from Chamonix to Geneva airport in an early Monday morning, which I started the booking process on the Friday evening before. Valters, our driver, was very polite and professional: arrived at the pickup location punctually to the minute, as well drove safely and in good time. The vehicle was a van, which was spacious, well kept and of decent quality (comfortable, not noisy and with heating/ac). Overall I am very satisfied with this service! The only reason for not giving 5 stars is the booking experience, which relies on filing data on their website and later on following through by emails, including the payment part. Because this was an asynchronous process with several hours in between each step, I went the safe route and tried to book with other companies as well (which I cancelled such requests after). To give more details, the overall the booking experience mentioned above was like the following. I added some comments on possible improvements: - Friday 22pm I filled the website. I got an email back with the title "Booking Successful", which is promising, but actually the email states that they need to check availability. That can be improved - Saturday 8am: got an email stating that the booking is confirmed and that I will get a stripe payment link that day to pay - Saturday 5pm: got the stripe payment link. This was several hours after the booking email. I suppose an improvement here would be to send a single email confirming as well with the stripe link. Or, if not possible in a single email, have 2 emails arriving near each other - Saturday 5:20pm: paid the stripe link that was sent - Sunday 7am: As I did not receive any communication, I sent the payment receipt by email stating that I paid. - Sunday 8am: Email replied stating that the payment was received. A possible improvement here would be to get an automated reply from loyaltransfers after payment, as I was unsure that they got the payment. This would avoid this and the previous email steps. - Sunday 3pm: Got an SMS with driver details. Contacted the driver over WA to confirm everything - Monday 7am: driver pickup. Everything went smoothly 🙂 On the other hand, maybe its more common to book those type of things well in advance, so my expectations in timing here can be off. I do recognize that I was trying to book a transport for Monday on a Friday evening, so in business time terms this is a very short time given from my part. Nevetheless, I do believe the booking process can be better streamlined and some steps be removed. Hope this feedback helps other clients as well in improving your business!

The majority of our passengers choose flights in and out of Geneva for their holiday in France for proximity reasons. If either the Swiss government or your home government introduce quarantine measures that apply to ‘transiting’ through Geneva airport to or from France, then we will provide the option to move your trip to a later date, up to 18 months, or receive a 100% refund.

If you or any of your party is diagnosed with COVID-19, or instructed by a government body to self isolate within 14 days of your travel date, we will provide you with the option to amend your booking to a later date up to 18 months.
