Remaining balance can be paid with cash to the driver or we can send a second payment link on the day before your transfer and it can be paid when you have met the driver.

For example, if you have booked a transfer for 8 passengers, each passenger is allowed 1x hold luggage, 1x hand luggage and 1x ski/snowboard bag.
Yes and without any extra cost. In the booking process mention how many ski/snowboard bags you will bring.
Yes, but in one minivan you can fit up to 5 people with 5 bike boxes. If you are 6 people with 6 bike boxes, you will have to book 2 minivans.
Yes, as long as minivan interior doesn’t get dirty. For example, if there will be liquid stains or some spilled sauce on the seats, you will be obligated to pay 100 eur cleaning fee to the driver at your drop off location.
It is not permitted to consume alcohol during transfer. We reserve the rights to refuse to carry any person who is, or appears to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passengers. No refunds will be made in those circumstances.
We set a pickup time 60min after planned flight arrival on weekends, and 40min after planned flight arrival time on weekdays. If you have chose pickup time 1h30min after your planned arrival time, we will leave it like that.
Contact us and we will suggest safe pickup time according to your flight departure time.
Free waiting time is up to 1 hour after scheduled pickup time. After that, there might be additional charge for extra waiting time. If your flight is delayed, contact us as soon as possible.
Stops on the way are possible if the driver has enough time before his next transfer. Stopping at the supermarket will cost 50eur. It’s best for you to contact us one day before your transfer to ask whether this is possible.
It depends. For example, if you were 6 people originally and want to add 2 more people, price will remain the same. But if you want to add 3 people, price will be doubled of your original booking price, since we will have to use 2 minivans. Our prices are per minivan, not per person. In one minivan we can take a maximum of 8 passengers.
Yes. When making a booking, choose the airport as your “transfer from” or “transfer to” location and in the flight details write your hotel name.

-Cancellations made less than 24 h in advance of the outbound date of travel — 20% refund of the cost.
-Cancellations made 2-7 days in advance of the outbound date of travel — 60%% refund of the cost.
-Cancellations made 7-14 days in advance of the outbound date of travel — 80% refund of the cost.
-Cancellations made 14 and more days in advance of the outbound date of travel — 100% refund of the cost.
