Will this be a private door to door transfer without other people?

Yes. We provide only private transfers, which means more privacy and no waiting for other people, like it would be in shared transfer. Driver will pick you up at requested time and address and drop you off at the address you provided in booking details.
What pick-up time should I choose after landing at the airport?

For flights arriving from within the Schengen Area, we recommend choosing a pick-up time around 30–50 minutes after landing. If you're arriving from outside the Schengen Area, allow around 45–80 minutes for passport control, baggage collection and reaching the meeting point.
During busy winter Saturdays, airport procedures can take longer, sometimes requiring 70–90 minutes. If you're unsure what time to choose, message us in the chat and we'll help you plan.
Where will I meet my driver at the airport?

Your driver will be waiting for you at arrivals hall, holding a sign or a tablet displaying the lead passenger's name. In case you can't locate driver, please contact emergency number displayed in booking confirmation email.
What pick-up time should I choose for my return transfer to the airport?

We recommend allowing for the typical driving time from Google Maps, and additional 30-minute safety buffer and arrival at the airport 2.5 hours before your flight.
During busy winter weekends, particularly Saturdays, you may need to add 1h safety buffer.
If we notice that your chosen pick-up time may not allow enough time, we'll contact you and recommend a more suitable time. You can also message us in the chat and we'll help you choose.
