FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What pickup time should I choose after my flight lands at Geneva Airport?
For Schengen arrivals without routine passport control, allow approximately 30–50 minutes after landing. If passport control is required, allow at least around 40 minutes on weekdays, 60 minutes on Saturdays or 50 minutes on Sundays. Particularly busy periods may require 80–100 minutes or longer.
Baggage collection, nationality and travel documents affect timing. These are planning estimates; ask us via website chat if unsure.
What pickup time should I choose for my return to Geneva Airport?
Choose pickup from Verchaix approximately 3 hours 55 minutes before your flight: an estimated 1 hour 25 minutes’ drive in clear traffic plus an airport arrival allowance of 2 hours 30 minutes.
If your Saturday drive overlaps the typical 08:00–11:00 busy period, allow 30 extra minutes for the road journey: 4 hours 25 minutes before departure. Heavy traffic or winter weather may require longer; follow any longer airline check-in guidance.
If we notice an unsuitable selected pickup time, we’ll contact you to recommend an alternative. Website chat can help with planning.
How much luggage can we bring?
Our standard vans seat up to 8 passengers. Each person may bring one suitcase and one hand-luggage item, subject to space. Skis and snowboards travel free within the applicable allowance and vehicle capacity. Groups of 6 or more with ski equipment should contact us before booking to confirm space.
